That wet tip contains what is known as pre-c.u.m which does contain sperm and yes can get you pregnant. Unless you are ready to become a new mommy and him a new daddy - stop playing this game. Always use a condom.

As far as your latex allergy, they do make latex-free condoms here is a web link with a few brands for your man to look for: http://www.justrubbers.com/non-latex.html

Wetness at the tip of your boyfriends penis is due to arousal and even before ejaculation can contain sperm , so you are risking pregnancy !! I hope you have been lucky and avoided what I assume for you just now is unwanted ?
You can buy condoms other than latex , so I suggest that you or your boyfriend look at the selection in your local supplier .
You have to weigh up whether the small irritation from latex , is preferable to unwanted pregnancy

1. Condoms come in other materials. Research it. Many people have sensitivity to latex.

2. "Wet at the tip". Yes, you could still contract:

Chlamydia (often no symptoms, cured with antibiotics but could cause scarring of the fallopian tubes and sterilisation if left untreated)

Herpes (painful fluid-filled blisters which heal then return periodically INCURABLE)

Genital Warts (growths on the genitals resembling cauliflower and sometimes not seen)

Syphilis (Large sores which appear on the genitals - painless and often ignored, which heal, then the secondary stage occurs which includes fever, swollen lymph glands, sore throat, patchy hair loss, headaches, weight loss, muscle aches, and fatigue, there is a late stage but hopefully, you would have enough sense to get looked at if you have the first stage)

Gonorrhea (burning discharge from the genitals - you will know it if you have it but often the symptoms in women are so mild it is overlooked - treatable with antibiotics)

HIV (Viral infection INCURABLE, at present)

Hepatitis (Inflammation of the liver contracted by exchange of bodily fluids, different types labelled with numbers - Hep A, Hep B, Hep C, etc.)

Trichomoniasis (Infection caused by a tiny parasite, causes a green, smelly, frothy discharge - treatable)

3. USE A CONDOM before any genital contact. Don't let him "talk you into" going without one either. The experience of women with STIs is usually much more painful, irritating and the damage is more severe than for men. Protect yourself.

It's pre-ejaculation fluid. It has a lower sperm content than the proper stuff, but it's still possible you can get pregnant from it so be very careful about it. Invest in some Durex Avanti condoms - they're non-latex and thinner than usual ones (but still as safe!) so he'll probably get loads of enjoyment out of them too!

I get that. It's called pre-***, it's a small amount of fluid that comes out of the penis when the guy is aroused. It can contain semen so be careful. If you're allergic to latex, try latex free condoms like Durex Avanti

the substance to which you are referring is pre-come and it does contain semen. it can get you pregnant. if you are mildly allergic to latex, you need to use latex-free condoms (yes, they make them) and consider using an alternative form of birth control such as the the pill. unprotected sex where the male does not ejaculate can and will still get women pregnant.

This is the pre-ejaculate. Most men dribble when they are turned on for a short period of time. Once they have ejaculated more will dribble out afterwards. You can still get pregnant from this as it does contain sperm.

when you are alergic to latex and do like to sex without condoms

you should take pissaries , anti pregnancy pills inserted before you engage sex.... that willl make your vaginal path also smooth for him to insert and you will have NO tension

Next in safe periods you can enjoy without any thing on

sex with tension is waste of both time and energy so follow this ..

Only problem they fear is that if Latex is not used the AIDS and HIV will be your guests for ever...

If your boy is sticking to you and not fooling around... then you should do away with Latex else danger is ther

and if you want to enjoy sex fearlessly you should marry this man with whom you sleep
