Well, really it is whenever you feel comfortable wearing one. Most girls start to wear a training bra at the second stage and a real bra at the third stage. You will find help all around you and do not be embarrassed because many girls are going through this too. But really whenever YOUR comfortable wearing one is the right time. Hope this helped!

You probably don't need a bra until the 4th or 5th stage, but that's what training bras are for. I probably started wearing a bra somewhere around late 2, early 3 just because I had become self-consious. Developing breasts, especially nipples can be sensitive and an extra layer of cloth can be protective. Also, if you're in a locker room setting you don't have to be self-conscious about whether or not you are wearing one. If you're unsure about wearing a bra I would suggest getting some of the camisole tops with the "bra" sewn in. They're very comfortable, can be worn under most shirts, and can offer support when you need it.

Well i have never heard of those before but there is no right time to start wearing a bra. Its when you feel ready. Its has to be comfortable for you. I think if i had to choose is when they get to the second stage. I suppose it will help with the sopport and shape of them. Good luck with the rest of your live.

You should probably get a bra around fifth or sixth grade, even if you aren't totally developed yet. I say this because 1) it took me two years to get used to wearing a bra all the time. 2) when you get into middle school and start changing for gym, everyone else is wearing a bra and you feel weird being the only one flashing your chest, even if you don't have anything to show.

I just asked my wife, because she started developing at a young age. She says, that they should be worn as soon as there is an indication of growth. (Especially if the girls mother is blessed with larger breasts.) Also she says to make sure that the training bra is of proper size.
Hope this helps.

I never learned about them through a book, I was taken and fitted when my mother took me....so obviously I needed one, lol.....
I would say that if they are conscientious to you, then that is the time to support them.
I see kids in my son's school now that really need a bra, but for some reason their parents send them to school in just a T shirt. My son will be in fifth grade this year, and most girls start developing what you describe as a development at this age. It would be great if they were taught about themselves and their uniqueness about being a young woman instead of being embarrassed at recess, yes?
btw, my daughter never had bras until she was in the middle school, she was super tiny, but she really developed in high school. She is very developed, more than I am, lol.....her father has that to blame about her...lol

I think when they get breast buds, because they do tend to show in certain tops. Also they are usually very sore and a bra would help pad them a little.

I'd say the second- once they begin 'sprouting'. Im sure you cant get one too early providing it fits. Try asking at a specialist shop. Maybe Marks and Spencers may be better as they won't be interested in just selling you one x
