The doctor advises me to take medicine. However, he said my seizures happen "once in a donkey years", from my experience about 1 seizure in 7-8 years, but the medicine will better control my seizures, though it won't prevent seizures 100% from happening. I am adverse to taking medication bcos of its known side effects (I have a relative who has taken this medicine and her side effects were really bad..). In contrast to my relative who has seizures at least twice a year, my seizure only occurs once in like 8 years, so do you think I should follow his advice and take medication, or leave it, since I'm 50 this year and I've been without medication for so long and I'm still alright, till now.

(However, the doctor says if my seizures happen when I'm crossing the road, riding a bike etc. I might meet with an accident that's why he wants me on the medication). Well I just wonder what you all think, esp. if you have epilepsy or know of people who have epilepsy. What's your opinion?

I want to become a bone marrow donor and I have a few questions. I have already researched about it, so I would prefer personal experience.
1] how long does it take for them to take out the marrow?
2] what do the scars on your hips look like?
3] how do you feel after the procedure? Like, what is the pain equivalent to?

If you have any tips, or want to share any information with me, feel free to do so. :]

Lately I've been feeling really funny and today has been the worst. I'm at work at the moment and my tummy feels like it does when you go over a big bump (losing your stomach sensation) and I feel very light headed and dizzy when it happens. I also keep on sweating profusely when it happens also. Anyone got any ideas about what might be going on?

The ones that are supposed to help your digestion and make you feel less bloated. I have recently stopped smoking and know that nicotine speeds up your digestion, so since i dont have that any more though i would try these!
Did they work for you? I brought some at the weekend and just wondering if any one noticed them working for them?
