I have been dieting and exercising for about a month. Not following a certain eating plan, just cutting calories, fat and trying to cut portions, adding fiber, fruits vegetables. You know, eating HEALTHY. Anyway, for breakfast I usually eat one cup of cereal with 1 cup of milk and a fruit. This morning I ate a bagel with 2 tablespoons (the serving size) of fat free cream cheese, which ended up being less calories than the cereal and fruit that I usually eat. But now I just feel horrible, like I cheated on my diet or something. Why do I feel like this, when the bagel with cream cheese was less calories and less fat? Do I feel guilty because it was so yummy and now I feel like I've been "bad"?

Well I was practicing my karate in my private bedroom when my grandfather ran in with a glitter-ball gun and shot glitter right in my eye. Grandpa was proud, but the glitter-ball was as big as a golf ball. Since the accident I have been keeping my eye closed in fear that I might die if I open it. I would appreciate it if you would tell me what would happen if I opened my eye.
I reread what I wrote up there and it seems I did not have to mention my karate practicing. I heard from my grandpa that I am supposed to learn from the mistakes I make. If I had never made that mistake, I would not have learned a valuable lesson. I will keep my mentioning of my karate practacing as a memorial of that mistake, so that if someday I can't remember the lesson I learned from it, I can go back and review my mistake.
I would appreciate any advice about what to do about my glitter problem. Thank you, all of you, even though nobody has came to answer me as of yet. Oh dear, I am out of characaters....

I just spent $4,000 this year to save 3 teeth, and I've got another $2,000 to go. My dentist is good, but he's making about $1000 an hour. What do people do who can't afford this?

My mother-in-law, who is 87, lives with us. Sometimes our commitments force us to be away for hours at a time. I would like to know what's out there that she could use that would be an emergency life-line - something like "The Pendant." Is there anything better? Something could detect a problem - say, a fall, etc. - without her having to take any action?
She has 99% of her marbles ... but just in case!

I have been reading about forerunners health care in India for a tummy tuck. The prices are awesome! I want to go in February 2008. But, I need to hear from people that got plastic surgery over there. Are the hospitals clean? Are the hotels nice? Did they give you good care afterthe surgery? I don't need anybody telling me to excercise and diet. I eat very healthy. I have 5 grown children and have flab on my tummy. I have gotton down to 129lbs and still had the same amount of flab that I have now. It is stretched skin, not taken off by excercise. No rude "fat" comments, please.

I recently spent the night over at a friend's apartment (on the floor under a quilt), and when I got back home I noticed I had about 7 insect bites around the ankles. I had brought with me a backpack which was left on the floor.

I was wondering if its likely that I brought back fleas with me, either on my clothes or in the backpack, and how likely it would be that they'd reproduce and cause a huge problem.

Thanks for any feedback.
