this is my first period year (im 12) anywz it came last saturday and then it stopped yesterday (saturday) morning. then at like 6:30 pm it came again. then it stopped at around 8:30-9. then i woke up today soaking. then i took a shower and it stopped at like 10 or 11. at around 7:30 it came again and its alot. this is happening alot-going back and forth and im sick of it. what shud i do?

Well i've been feeling really depressed of late, to be exact its been clinical for almost a year and its gotten particularly bad the last two weeks and i'm trying to find things to help me out and not keep falling into the suicide thinking zone.

I have no friends at the moment, i know you won't believe me, i have acquaintances but nothing lasting, i'm probably just afriad of rejection and things and i can't talk to my family, if anything i want to avoid them as much as possible but thats not what i want to talk about.

I've been thinking about trying something like myspace, i'd like to post some details about why i feel this way as loads of people seem to relate and yet we all end up suffering on our own so much. I'd like to make some friends too and actually have a conversation but i haven;t used any of these things before and i don't want to make myself more depressed by putting all my details there and i just get hate mail and/or no people to talk to.

What do people think?

I know this sounds strange but my grandpa read something about a cure for cancer found in the Amazon.He wants to know more about it.Anyone else heard of this?? I know its a long shot but i cant find anymore info on this so called "cure" found in the Amazon.Any help??Websites to go to??Thanks.

For about the last 6 years I have noticed,short bouts of "ringing" in my ears (sounds like hearing through a muffled speaker and that odd high pitched static you sometimes get from tv's),it happens occasionally and doesn't seem to have a trigger,it usually only lasts a couple of hours in one ear. (sometimes swapping to the opposite side before it vanishes *Tinnitus?*)
Recently I havn't noticed it at all,but more alarmingly I keep getting bouts of "deafness" where for a few seconds to a few minutes I can't hear anything at all,this will happen without warning and again seemingly without a trigger.

I've had my ears checked,they're clear and my hearing range was normal when tested.So does anyone know what this might be?

(When I was young I was prone to ear infections and suffered with them a lot,is it possible they are the cause?)

This is my third day on it and I can't keep anything down and I feel horrible!!! I also feel when it is wearing off and that sometimes is worse. My first day was wonderful and now I don't know what to think. Does anyone have any sugg?

It's obvious there is something going on with her. Her father was bipolar. I am at my wit's end with her. Sometimes she is great. The next, she totally acts like she cannot hear me. I try being calm with her and be sweet. Other times I yell and scream at her. Neither works. Should I consult a psychiatrist? Her behavior has been like this since she was nearly 2.

It hurts to sit and stand. Sneezing and coughing are painful, especially while sitting. I didn't fall, lift anything heavy, or anthing else to cause it. I"ve been to a doctor and gotten accupuncture; its better but still hurts. Do you have any idea what might be wrong? (And what can help?)

whuts the REAL difference between doctors 'n RNs??? i mean, i know that a nurse cant make a diagnosis. but, do they know just as much about diseases, medicine, and science as a doc??

oh, and, my mom and i r having an argument over whether RNs can evaluate x-rays to determine a patients condition or not.

I have been suffering for 4 years-used to do IV drugs, caught it as a secondary infection(most people do) I am sober now for 2 years, and I still get major break-outs-esp. on my face. I have tried everything and am waiting fo rthe new rug to come out, maybe from Scotland? Who else inderstands the social stigma and embarrasment, not to mention extreme health concern?
