I really want to drop a jean size. Do you know of any like diet plan or certain excerize that i can do to drop a size?
i cried in the dressing room cause i couldn't fit into jeans right.

help please. :)

I suggest cutting the portions of your foods and getting out there and do some walking. Walking is the nest exercise for you. I don't suggest going on some crash diet or some other diet that restricts all the foods. The weight will come back once you do eat something that isn't on the list or once you quit. It is a matter of a lifestyle change. Changing your attitude towards food.

Cut the portions and quit before you are completely full.

Do not skip breakfast or any meals for that matter. It only makes your metabolism slow down.

Do not stress eat- get your stress level down.

Drink plenty of water. It tends to fill you up so you aren't eating as much.

Cut out all sodas- diet or not. They are very bad for you and the number 1 cause of obesisty. People have no idea.

Don't cut out sweets completely. Do allow yourself a treat once in awhile so you don't go on a binge.

Eat plenty of fresh veggies and fruits. Do get in some protein by fish- chicken-turkey-pork.

Choose healthier choices when it comes to pastas and breads. Get the ones that are lower calories and full of good nutrtious things like nuts, wheat-etc.

It is better to lose weight slower. You are more than likely to keep the weight off if you lose it slow rather than fast.
