UHHHu..ummmm I wouldn't say it's true all the time! well take a look at arnold schwarzenegger and it was stated once that he does have small dick....but i have friends who are almost like him but not so small dick..lol... but overall yes it could be true........

Whatever gave you this notion? It is absolutely baseless. Every part of human anatomy, is genetically controlled, then be it a muscular or a skinny person, every organ will be just optimized size-wise.
And there are no ways to increase the size of your penis.

I believe your trying to ask "Is there any truth to this?" well its slightly exaggerated. men who abuse steroids, get large muscles, but also shrunken testicles and impotence. people started to believe that this was true for all muscular man, and a myth was born!

if your refferring to body builders, they look like they have little di.cks cause were looking at them with on there body, meaning, this whole body is big cause of muscle, so therefore there member looks smaller.
