Eat them all. Just don't fry them in oil or douse them in butter. Eat potatoes with their skins and you're fine.

I suppose each fruit and vegetable are well for you, however just a few of them are fattening. I recognize that after you're on a vitamin, say for instance Slimming World, you don't seem to be intended to consume Honeydew Melon, however I have on no account heard of that being fattening!! Avocados are fattening due to the fact that they're creamy, Oranges, and Apples. Oranges and Apples don't seem to be such a lot fattening, however they are relatively sugary due to the fact that [ Oranges] are acidic. [ Not the Apples]. I as soon as heard this factor at the T.V. approximately this lady that needed to move to sanatorium due to the fact that she had eaten such a lot of apples and her tooth had rotted!! If you consume an excessive amount of sugary fruit and veg, then the sugar will flip to fats. So dont consume the sugary meals both!

Well, you put 2 words together which are, in reality, oxymorons. Vegetables, firstly, do not contain fats. Fruits such as avocadoes and olives do contain fats which are very healthy. You do want to avoid vegetables and fruits that have a high sugar content as they can cause insulin instability which alters the way the body processes fats. THEN fats of all kinds are not well tolerated, yet they are needed. So, if you want fats to be the healthy food that they are, avoid carby fruits and vegetables.

Stay away from corn and potatoes, which are both a starch and not a vegetable although most people think they are vegetables. Another to limit is carrots and peas because both are high in natural sugar. I wouldn't say that carrots and peas are fattening but they just aren't as good for you as spinach and broccoli.

Surprisingly, avacadoes are high calorie and very fattening. Stay away from starchy vegetables also, such as potatoes and corn.

As long as you don't deep-fry your veggies, you really shouldn't have to worry about their fat or calorie content. All veggies are good for you for different reasons (they have different nutrients in them), and getting a wide variety is important too. Eat up!

don't stay away from carrots and peas. They are good for you and provide lots of vitamins! Potatoes are also good for you and provide good carbs. You shouldn't 'stay away' from any vegetables!
