EFT-Emotional Freedom Technique. Has anybody out there used it?

I haven't personally used that because I have found many other good alternatives, but I read a lot of positive reports about it. Go for it if you are interested. Best wishes.

I've used it and taught it and find it to be wonderful. I had panic attacks for which I couldn't take medications due to bizarre side effects. A friend taught me EFT and it was a God send. I still use it for different things and have stopped panic attacks in their tracks. I recommend it highly!

Yes, I have had a brief demonstration of it at a tradeshow.

The fellow demonstrating it at the tradeshow asked me what the problem was (carpal tunnel pain in my right arm) and then told me that he would be tapping me in certain places, (face, forehead, neck, arm, sides) and asked my permission to do this, while he had me repeat phrases that he said to me which had to do with loving myself unconditionally and things about the pain in my arm going away. I can't remember it all word for word.

What I do remember is feeling a tingly sensation in that area of my arm and the pain reducing and then leaving for awhile. It did not leave permanently, but it is still less than it was before. Keep in mind that I did not have the full treatment. It still hurts at work (I work in a factory) but the pain seems to be less (but not totally gone) outside of work.

I am interested in the phobias that it can help since my fiancé has a prohibitive phobia of bees and wasps. I'd like him to give it a try. He tried hypnotism but that didn't help at all.
