(consisting of tomatoe juice&
whole wheat macaroni)400cal
supper:
3 organic vegtble grain fed chicken strips200cal

1 cup veggie salad
(consisting of parsely,tomatoes,
cucumbers,carrots,topped with lemon,
olive oil, and salt)200cal
