Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and keep to complex carbos.
Reduce all simple carbs and cut out your junk food.

Then do an exercise to get a toned flat stomach.

I went low carb, low fat, high fibre high protein and did brisk walking, and ended up 31 lbs lighter, a healthy blood test and a very flat tummy and inches off everywhere.

I am now 108lbs.

take small frequent meals at less intervals of time.
include more fiber containing food in your diet.
take exercise which use stomach muscles at least 3 times week each minimum 40 min.
restrict sweets and fat food.
include vegetables,fruits,dry fruits in your diet.
sprouts is good choice for break fast.
