The ones that are supposed to help your digestion and make you feel less bloated. I have recently stopped smoking and know that nicotine speeds up your digestion, so since i dont have that any more though i would try these!
Did they work for you? I brought some at the weekend and just wondering if any one noticed them working for them?

Something you should be aware of is they're not very healthy compared to some of the others.
I started a healthy push and got into them for a few weeks until i started looking at the contents information and there's quite a bit of rubbish and sugar in them compared to say, the Yoplait weight watchers.

Have a try but be aware, they're not quite the healthy option they make out to be.

I always thought the Dannon commercials were a clever marketing gimmick. (Kinda like the "Eat dairy, lose weight" claim. Funny, I lost weight AFTER I cut out dairy.) If one read between the lines of the old commercials, the people were eating poorly and not taking proper care of themselves. No wonder they felt horrible.

The other day, I read this article, "Good Bacteria Welcome" in "Experience Life" magazine. ( http://www.lifetimefitness.com/magazine/... ) The section, Silent Enemies, discusses the antibiotics (which I hadn't thought about) and what one is and isn't eating.

I think the current issue of "Alternative Medicine" also has an article on this too, this month. I read them both the other day, as long with a couple of other magazines, so I'm not sure. It could have also been an older issue (from the past few months) of "Today's Diet and Nutrition". However, the ariticle I provided is also quite informative.

As for me, being vegan, I don't do yogurt. (Though I've heard or read that there are soy yogurts with the probiotics in them.) However, I just eat a good, strong diet of whole foods and plenty of fiber. I don't worry about being irregular. (Even pregnancy is supposed to cause constipation, but I've not had that problem yet and I'm six months along.)

Anyway, I hope I've helped.

Yup, have been using them for quite some time now and also some good bugs from Holland and Barrett. Doc actually prescribed some good bug capsules after food poisoning. Good diet is fundamental but Activia helps to keep system calm. Huge range of flavours to choose from.

yes they work, the funny thing is they are just an exspensive version of a korean brand. There is a mexican brand too. They are small bottle that have a pink liquid in them in the refrigerated section and they come in a shrink wrapped pack of 6.

According to the scientists, the Activia Yogurts and other similar brands are not that beneficial.
So it's best to save your money.
