I used to have really bad foot pain but i got some special inserts for my shoes and the pain for the most part went away. Now i am not aloud to wear tennis shoes for my job so have to wear black oxford type shoes. The pain is back. With the same insert it dosen't help. What can I do? If the pain is like this I won't be able to work.

i have had this problem for a few months:
-throwing up everything i eat the first day on my period for the month..
-painful cramps
-very painful chest pain

sometimes i cant stand or anything the first day im on my period.. sometimes these symptoms last the whole time im on my period... i wanted to kno if there was i way i could stop my period forever... im only 15 and i dont know what to do... and anyways i dont want kids... i cant take pills.... i cant wear tampons either... what should i do.????

When he was younger, my dad had a serious motorcycle accident. It was a miracle that he survived. Anyways, some of the tendons in his arm don't work. He can't stretch out the fingers on his left arm, and keeps them curled in his palm. We've noticed my brother (his son) is doing this aswell. He'll keep his fingers curled up in his palm, just like my dad does. Same hand and everything. When he was learning to crawl, he did the exact thing. He'd pull himself along with his left hand curled, and his right stretched out like normal. I was just wondering, if my dad somehow passed this along to my brother. I didn't think it was possible, but it's so strange for my brother to be doing the exact same thing. Maybe it's just a random coincidence?

well, i heard deodorant can risk the chance of getting breast cancer and also antipersparents. My deodorant has also antipersparents, but i only used it once. This deodorant i used is called: Sure. It also has aluminum.

i havn't really been able to eat a full meal in about a month, i'll eat a little here and a little there (like ice cream, a little bit of soup, like an egg) .. first i was sick with a stomach virus and i couldn't eat at all, then i went upstate quad riding and i was fine.. eating whenever i was hungry.. now i'm hungry but i have no appetite.. i think lot of stress could have brought this on but i'm not sure, now every time i eat i think way too much about it cause i havn't been able to eat a meal in so long.. like i think about chewing it and swallowing my food then i just don't wanna eat it anymore and i feel like throwing up.. yeah its kinda weird.. i went to the doctor and she thought it might have been gas reflux or something.. but im not sure, i think its just a lot of stress on my mind.. but yeah, if you have any suggestions let me know.. thanks.

I've been successfully losing weight for about the last five to six months (about 3 and a half stones so far), but recently the loss has begun to plateau, and it's making me kind of cranky. I started at 20st5, and I'm aiming for around 15st. I'm eating a varied diet of around 1200-1400 calories a day, and doing an hour of heart-rate monitored aerobic exercise 4-5 times a week at the Gym (Bike and treadmill: the machines say I'm burning approx 800 calories per session). My job is extremely sedentary. Some friends have mentioned a 'Starvation effect' where I might be consuming *too little* and my metabolism is slowing down to compensate. I thought weight loss was a simple matter of 'Energy in, Energy out'. Is it possible that I am eating too little or doing too much exercise? Stepping on the scales each week and only seeing a 1lb loss (if anything) is a little disheartening, but I know I've got further to go.

One of my boobs is bigger than the other. I want them both to be the size of my bigger one. Is there any way this can happen without getting implants in the smaller one?

The bigger one is a size C and the smaller one is like almost a C, but its more like B 1/2
