A hair of the dog is the answer.

After a few drinks your hangover goes but if you overdo it then, of course, you are destined for another hangover.

If you can stomach it start with a couple of crackers, just to get something in your tummy. You are probably sick to your stomach this morning because you just have a bunch of stomach fluids rumbling around and your dehydrated. Dehydration can make you throw up more, doesn't make sense does it. But it's the truth. Alcohol just helps the dehydration process. So get some crackers in you to settle the stomach fluids and it will probably help with the hunger contraction pains too, then work on re-hydrating yourself today. Drink juice Gatorade water will probably upset your stomach, so steer away from that today or until you think you can handle it. Try flat or almost flat soda of any kind really even Mt. Dew the caffeine in the Mt. Dew may also help with any headache you might have and will help the Advil that you took work a little better. The next thing is to get some greasy food like potato chips or something similar to help soak up the rest of the alcohol that may be in your system. Hope you feel better.

Eat something greasy.

The best cure to prevent a hangover. When you get home at night from drinking. Take 2-3 multi-vitamins with either orange juice or gatorade. Works wonders!!
My sis is a nurse and when the drunks come into the hospital for detox (after the cops get 'em) they pump them full of multi-vitamins!! She just added the OJ or gatorade and it's what I do every time. Still may feel a little light-headed, but no queasy feelings!

Drink a flat coke ! Or eat some bread or cracks anything to absorb the acid build up in your stomach. Also Tomato juice with a liberal amount of Tabasco sauce works too.

Drink lots of water - alcohol dehydrates you. Bet your mouth was feeling like sandpaper and your eyes balls felt gritty. that's all loss of moisture and eat something dry and light like crackers -not salted or biscuits. And next time try to moderate your drink.. it's not worth it.
