You probably have PMDD. Premenstrual disphoric disorder. It is like PMS but the symptoms are a lot worse and you may have some depression. You will need to go to the doctor to get a true diagnosis, though.

I understand, I am 15 also and get extremely nausiated every other month or so. I get miserable about 2 weeks before my period. I read somewhere that what I`m going through might be caused by a calcium and magnesium deficiency. I tried taking Malox when I got nausious and it worked pretty well.

I was the same way every month for 7 years before I got on the pill. The pill will regulate and shortne your cycles and you wont cramp at all. That was the best thing I ever done. I dont know if you will be able to get birth control pills because of your age but you should definitely discuss the option with your parents and doctor. There are so many different types of pills out there you need to be prescribed the right ones.

As this is your first day on 'Answers' I think that Sandy's comments have been directed at the wrong person. Trust us, we are not all like that. Most of us do want to help. You have not had a period for over a year - that is not normal, and should be checked by a doctor. In the meantime, use painkillers and plenty of protecton. Try not to worry. We have all had a horrible period at some point in our lives. Take care Anne

It's too early to decide whether you want kids or not so I wouldnt advise you to take out your womb. What you can do is take a purge when you are due for a period and find out about taking birth control pills especially for easing cramps and regulating your period. The pain will ease not entirely but you will get fewer symptoms. Also, during your period, try drinking orange peel tea with ginger and/or substitute this with raspberry tea. It helps considerably, exercising also helps with period cramps. Being more active can help. So get involved in sport or try running or if your parents have no problem enrolling you in the gym..do that. Trust me, I have painful periods too and this works alot for me. IT should work for you. Try it and good luck

I didn't have that bad of pain, sorry. I did have a really long 7 day period with a really heavy flow. To the point of feeling dizzy and feeling like a I wanted a blood transfusion! I got on the pill it controlls the symptoms for me. I last about 3 days regularly now. It helped my friends also you really should consider it. There are places were you can get it even though your a minor. If you don't want you parents to find out. Eather way get to a your doctor and get checked out.

you might have to get on birth control or you might have this thing not exactally sure what it is called but if you type in painful periods ....you can found out what it is called.....wait I will look it up for you right now.....Dysmenorrhea..........that is what it is called. go to your nearest clinic and talk to them about birth control methods other than the pills as for tampons...I personally don't wear them so I stick with pads.

You should consult a docter about this issue ( instead of asking a bunch of strangers next time)
