I dont want to lose weight but want to use it to maintain.

A while ago there was a question on here about shaving the pubic area, and one answerer said to not shave that area because it's unnatural to shave it.

But I'm guessing that the answerer probably shaves her legs and armpits, and her man probably shaves his face. And we all get haircuts. That's just the same and just as unnatural.

So how would that be any more unnatural? I do it, and I find that it's a lot cleaner and there's way less odor.

What is the best way to clear up respiratory illness whether it is any stage pf pneumonia, bronchitis, toxic inhalation, allergies, even anaphalaxis (naturally/herbally)? A brief history & my experience, I had stage II pneumonia bacterial/viral they never could diagnose it, I went to an urgent care after the pain I fely in my lower back, they gave me new generation drugs, cipro, & 2 others because within 3 days of treatment with each type, I had allergic reactions, mild anaphalaxis, & the only thing that would clear me up was childrens liquid Benedril, I would sneeze profusley, feel my chest open up, drink a ton of distilled water, & Bio-K (look it up) it was the ONLY pro-biotic, no organic plain yogurt, no super biotics would clear up the ferocious yeast infection I had that multiplied, only Bio-K has 50 BILLION, not the 9 milliom live acidophilus, & cleared that up, but I had to stop all forms of drugs, I could not get them to give me the old time cillins (old generation drugs).

I'm a 16-year-old female and recently experiencing on-off pain in my knees and ankles, mainly my left. In the knee the pain feels almost as if fluid is leaking but I'm sure that's just my imagination, while my ankle simply feels weak and as if it will give out, though it doesn't. It isn't severe crippling pain, more of an ache.

The ache/pain does not considerably worsen with exercise but is mainly present in the cold (which to me suggested arthritis, but I'm only 16).

I do have the idea it might be a calcium deficiency as I don't get my required 3 serves of dairy (mainly due to a slight eating disorder), though I do take a multivitamin. Again, is this likely at 16?

Any other ideas?

Hello, I just had my 2nd baby last week c-section. I am currently taking percocet and motrin. I did not breastfeed my first so am dumb on this. Can someone please tell me what all meds they know that are safe to take while breastfeeding? Ones I really need to know: Constipation(stool softeners don't work) Colds, Flu, and anything else you think I may be facing. Thanks to all who answer, Jen

My cold 1st started off last week with constant sneezing & runnt nose. Now I've been coughing nonstop, & it's dry & hacking. I've tried Halls, medicine, Vitamin C, & water & nothing is helping, & it's the WORST @ night.

I smoke at least a few times a week, and everytime I smoke I experience an incredible connection to the world around me. I see things in such unique ways that its almost like I am turning the normal filters off in my brain, so that I can see more profounding things. Im an overweight 16 year old that wants to try out for the school soccer, i like reallly love soccer, i could also do a few tricks (basic tricks) could also kick and everything and all, but is it okay to be fat and play soccer, Not to be shy, but i weight like 250 lb. My friend has cancer and we just found out that sugar is not good for cancer patients. Infact Cancer survives with sugar. Is this true and if so, what about fruit that has natural sugar is this the same? Is there anything he can eat for snacks in the middle of the night, this seems to be when he is hungry the most. He also has dry mouth and water and tea don't seem to be helping. Please give me suggestions for this and also for regular meals. Thanks for your help! I await all your answers! God Bless You!

I need a root canal and It will cost me $500 for it plus an additional $550 for the crown. I do NOT have dental insurance. I was told from a friend of mine to just have it pulled-but I want to be asleep like I was for my wisdom teeth. I don't want to hear any tooth being pulled out. I noticed that soy nuts were the lowest in calories and really high in protein even compared to other nuts - but are there any alternatives that are decently low in calories and high in protein that don't taste extremely disgusting and dry?
