Average 1 point is 50 cals, but don't forget it depends on the sat fats! Maintainence is usually around 17 points or thereabouts.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

it depends, the points are worked out using both calories and saturated fats. Some foods can be low in calories but high in saturated fats and vice versa. There is a sliding scale of points when it comes to maintainance depending on how much you weigh to begin with, Im not sure the exact figures but when i was 12 stone and trying to lose weight i was allowed 20 points per day so possible would have been 22-24 to maintain.
