Someone recommended it to me to help with digestive upset after doing an olive oil and lemon juice "cleanse" for gallstones.
I'm just wondering, what is a "colonic"?

the old enema bag works just fine for me,and maybe you should wait till the pain gos down before you jerk you gut into another new configuration.
oil things relay freaks it out, and multiple treatment may make it worse.if you feel to do a enema just do one or 2 bags to start,ease into it.

We are Human Being with a self healing / Self cleaning mechanism given to us by the almighty we do not need Colonic to so called cleansing of our systems. Colonics are a waste of time and money if you ask me :o) Its almost the same practice as blood letting being carried over from medieval times we have come a long way since then.

It's an alternative medical procedure similar to an enema. Mostly, a real fancy enema. Very expensive.With the proper training and info, this can be done at home, with series of enemas. Look it up on the internet.
