im bipolar 1 with more depression episodes i take 150 mg of welbutrin and 100 of lamictal my doc 2 weeks ago told me to increase to 150 of lamictal but since i was feeling okay then i told her i maybe dont need to and she agreed to let me stay on 100mg, should i increase the lamictal or the welbutrin for the depression and decreased energy im feeling? i called her and she's on vacation? should i increase the lamictal as she suggested before? although i wasnt depressed when she said? im unable to function at work and focusing, i have add too btw. i feel like i hit depression and i called out sick at work today because i feel like i dont want to be anywhwere or see anyone what should i do??

I asked a question, about how 2 relax my 5 yr old when getting her cavities filled. I took her 2 the dentist 2day 2 get some cavities filled, She has had 1 cavity filled b4. The dentist that did it, gave her a sedation jucie. It didn't put her 2 sleep, it just relaxed her. This dentist DOES NOTHING OF THAT SORT! they will only give her Novcaine to numb her. I asked them if they could prescrbe me something to give to her before we go to the dentist and they said NO! It was so bad 2day that I had to hold her down, they tried to strap her down and she managed to get free.She screamed the whole time. I could not hold her down she would kick and pinch me, she even bit the dentist! Is there anything that I can do or give her to relax her before she goes to the dentist? we have to go next week to try again SAME DENTIST! and I don't want to go through that again. The dentist will not prescribe her anything. Should I ask her Pediatriian to prescibe her something?

This are the symptoms that I have. If I drink dark soda or coffee, but drink decaf only. I feel like I'm choking and get nervous. I'll always felt nervous with caffeine since I was a teenager, but it has gotten worst now I feel a choking feeling in my throat.

I am going to the dentist in the morning for root planning and having all 4 quads done at once. I am a smoker, I know, bad habit.. please don't tell me I need to quit.. I know this..lol, but will I have to wait however long after having it done before I can smoke? I can go without having one, but I was just curious.

I always get attracted towards people who are good to me.. and its not normal coz i get involved too much.. (for example, One of my email friend is very nice to me and i started thinking that i love him and cant live w/o him..)
well thats not the only thing, sometimes i find myself craving for attention and friendship.. its not that i dont have friends but i always want to have more...
sometimes if my friends dont talk to me or if someone ignores me, then i get really depressed...

k soo i just got my period for the first time and i tried to put a tampon in like 234788975 times and it goes in like 3/4 of an inch and then it just stops and wont go anymore! is that normal!?? ive even tried the smalllest kind..even the ones where you just stick them up with your finger, and nothing seems to work. it even hurts if i get it up there far enough. im scared that i wont be able to have sex and then ill live a lonely life and die and old lady with 60 cats! please help!!

I think i may have jock itch. I wear boxers. I cant clean my balls with soap or shampoo cuz they all make them itch WORSE! i cant go to a doctor for certain reason. i dont want my parents to kno. the part where my balls touch the side of my legs are brused from the itching and stickyness of my balls...HOW CAN I STOP ALL OF THIS. ive been using Lamisil for about a week now. it stops the itching for a little while but they still itch a bit and smell BAD! alright. i didn't have my period for nine months last year. this was all while i was dateing this one guy. we never had sex i'm a virgin so i wasn't pregnant. since we broke up, i got my period. with minimal time in between. like one week a month ago. then i got it back.. it's normally just light bleeding but then it gets heavy like a normal period should be for like one or two days. i don't have cramps. but it is a really bright shade of red. i know it's not normal but i'm not comfortable talking about it with my mom or my doctor. but i know i need to do something about it. it doesn't get in the way of my life i can live with it. but i know it's wrong. anyone have any ideas, could it be hormones and is it a good idea to consider low dose birth control to regulate it. so i can live a little more normal instead of dealing with it all the time. i also have a lot of cute underwear i would love to wear but obviously can't because of this. help please.

i found out i was pregnant today. my bf and i have been together for almost 2 years. we werent planning but we still dont want an abortion. but i am only 16, i really do not want and abortion but im scared if i tell my parents yet they will try to make me have an abortion, atleast my mother probably would. so i need a few answers; #1.) when is it too late to have an abortion? #2.) wtf should i start doing to help keep my baby healthy? #3.) when do i start needing to go to the doctors for my baby? and anything else helpful or where i could get information.

BTW:
if you have enough balls to call me a slut or something for being pregnant this young then you better have enough to give me your damn address.

I have a strong pain right under my breasts, that goes all the way around to my back, it feels like someone is trying to squeeze me extremely hard. Does anyone know what could be causing this? its to the point where it is making it hard to breathe since in hurts to inhale, and im not wearing a bra, so i dont think the problem could be my bra being to tight.

So, I've never experienced a yeast infection to my knowledge, but right now I am having some discharge and a little itching. Neither are things that make my entire day uncomfortable or all that excessive, so I don't know that a yeast infection is the answer. In fact, at first I thought I was just irritated from a little stubble like I see from time to time. I've heard the symptoms on commercials, but is there a for sure sign that is what's wrong?

I'm 16, I'm not having babies any time soon. It would be better if women got their periods when they turned 18, so the whole teen pregnancy thing wouldn't be a problem, and I could screw all the guys I want.
