Being skinny is not attractive, but being healthy is. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!! You will only slow your metabolism by doing this. Try eating healthier to lose weight. Try eating a variety of FRESH, not canned, fruits and veggies. They are packed with fiber, to help cleanse out your colon, lots of vitamins when fresh, and antioxidants are just an added plus. Don't worry about the amount of calories in foods. When you are trying to diet to lose weight, don't starve yourself. Try to boost your metabolism by eating smaller meals more often through out the day. Also eat lots of low fat or fat free proteins, like tuna, egg whites, chicken breast, beef jerky. I eat ALL THE TIME!!! My friends and family are all jealous of my figure... The way I eat, I should weigh 180... I'm 5'7" and I weigh 130, I don't worry about my weight really, because I know I'm a compact 130... I wear a size 2/3. Plus I just had a baby 8 days ago, and I still eat like a pig. Don't worry about the numbers, work on your health habits first. Once you can perfect that the weight should come off naturally, until your body goes to it's ideal weight, not YOUR ideal weight, but it's. And I guarantee that your body's ideal weight is a smaller size when you eat healthy, than when you try to starve. In other words the numbers may be bigger on the scales, but they will be a lot smaller on the pants. Please don't starve yourself anorexia is a hard eating disorder to live with, trust me... I know, I've been hospitalized 3 times and gone through years of therapy for it. I'm the same size now as I was when I was hospitalized... The difference now is that I weigh 20 pounds more and I'm much healthier and happier.

You've still got a month at least, so you don't need to go fast -- but you do need to be strict with yourself.

Exercise and play every day. Walk the dog, or walk a neighbor's dog. Play frisbee, badminton or tennis. Swim.

Cut out all sugar. Or limit yourself to ONE sweet treat a day. But be sure to eat the kind of healthy things that will provide energy -- a good breakfast, a healthy lunch, and a supper that will provide the rest of the things you missed during the day. Check out the food pyramid for what you need.

If you eat too little, your body will shut down and stop burning energy, so be sure to get enough to eat. You could try counting calories, if that's something you like to do.

It's really hard to eat too many veggies, so be sure there are a lot of veggies on hand -- tomatoes, carrot sticks, cucumbers, etc. Yogurt with a little ranch or Italian dressing powder in it makes a great dip.

skinny is ugly.
what you want to do is be healthy.
Why look like lindsay n paris when people make fun of them because of their bones sticking out.

You have the wrong mentality but the best advice i could give you is the old fashion one. Eat right and exercise. Try the special k diet and lots of cardio

unn thats verry un healthy if you really want to frop weight your best best is weight watchers, they promote safe effective diating that will allow you to drop a healthy two pounds a week roughly. its easey, i know cause i have to drop alot of weight for wrestling this winter so im startin now lol
