I noticed that soy nuts were the lowest in calories and really high in protein even compared to other nuts - but are there any alternatives that are decently low in calories and high in protein that don't taste extremely disgusting and dry?

Thanks for your help!

You may have chosen a not-tasty brand, or maybe you're not used to them yet. Do they have any salt? What's the experation date?

You could try eda-mame, which are fresh soybeans that are lightly boiled in saltwater. Mmmmmm!

Personally, a few soynuts go a loooong way with me. I like them, but any more than about 10, and my mouth feels too mealy.

Well, you could try drinking soy milk. It's nice. It's available in most good supermarkets. Another alternative would be consuming supplements.
