My cold 1st started off last week with constant sneezing & runnt nose. Now I've been coughing nonstop, & it's dry & hacking. I've tried Halls, medicine, Vitamin C, & water & nothing is helping, & it's the WORST @ night.

Try to get some cough syrup that has an expectorant - that may help "break up" any congestion and maybe you will have a productive cough and get rid of whatever it is that you have.

If it does not get better though you need to go to the doctor and get it checked out. All that coughing can hurt your voice (I know you are a singer) and wear down your resistance.

Stop drinking milk as it is hard on your respiratory system, and go out and buy some Aloe Vera Juice. It is a marvelous healer. Eat lots of veggies and fruit, get off junk food and sugars and greasy foods like burgers and fries. You need to build your immune system up and Aloe Vera Juice will help you. You can find it at health food stores.
Also drink half your body weight in filtered water as you are dehydrated. Stop drinking sugary drinks like concentrated juices with sugars or sugar substitutes, as they are chemicals.

i had the exact same problem, my doctor gave me advair and that cleared it up for a while but every time i got a cold i would have this cough for weeks after. i lived in the mountains and i think that had something to do with it because once i moved to the city i never had the problem again

Do they Have Bucklys in Texas it tastes awfull but works bee ni Canada for years

Vicks Lozenges helps me to clear a cough.
Feel better soon !! Perhaps something with Zinc.

go buy some mucinex. you can get it over the counter and itl help get rid of some of your congestion
