what can this be? i'm getting my period soon like this week but it has never hurt this bad! its like a pinching pain on the far left end of my breast! when i push it in it hurts!

Just tenderness because of the hormones developing for your cycle. I wouldnt worry too much b/c mine get sore too and are better in a few days. If it lasts longer than that, I might try calling a doc. I dont think it'd be serious tho...and forget the ignorant first answer!

Yes, it could have something to do with your period coming. One thing that could help ease some of the pain is to try a moist, warm towel to the breast. This pinching type pain sounds like a nerve. I have had pain like this before and it can be uncomfortable.
I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor to see what they think could be causing this.
