I quit smoking 2 weeks ago, and now all I think about is food!! I expected an increased appetite, but this is insane.. I am trying not to consume any more than I did before, because I was comfortable with my weight and diet. Now however, I feel deprived. I drink water like its going out of style, but I have limited time for bathroom breaks, and I'm not being satisfied. I try munching on carrots, but they just make me more hungry. Is there a supplement that can help with this? I've already gained 4 lbs, and I haven't even changed anything. (i'm already down to 1200-1500 cal /day, and I'm gaining weight!! )
