i'm about to start a work-out program with ephedra. what is the best product on the market that really works?

have you heard of proxylean or Metabadrine? how are they for example? what else can you recommend?

I am not sure where you are going to get epedra products at. The were all pulled of the market in the past two years. I do not think you can by them over the counter anymore. Apparently some people could not read the instructions and took 25 pills at a time and died. So the gov made a product that really worked illegal.

I suggest you visit your dr. and let him suggest a weight loss medication.

Why don't you google ephedra and take a look at some of the press it's gotten in the past. I'd be pretty scared to touch that stuff.

You're young, presumably healthy, why do you need a medication for your work-out program?

OMG ... my friend gave me some Zantrex3 and I swear, I was walking twice a day, I had sooo much energy. I NEVER have energy, much less to exercise twice a day, sometimes I can barely muster up energy to exercise once a day.

anyway, if it works for me (and nothing works) I'd try it. you can buy it at Walmart for aroun $20 for 50 pills.
