It is not legal - the doctor wrote the prescription for you, not the other person. There could be strength issues & if the person has a reaction to it, it is your *** on the line. I know you want to help, but there are ways for the person to afford it. There is MedicAid & if there is a generic available for it, a lot of place will sell generic prescriptions for $ 4. I know Wal Mart, Target & Cub pharmacies will.

Are you really this dumb or did someone hit you in the head? NO it is illegal to sell or give prescription drugs to someone that is not the listed patient. That is why it is prescribed and not over the counter.
