Get a lovely dress that make you look beautiful, then enjoy the reunion. Forget the thirty pounds, do you think they all kept their figures and their hair? Get a great new haircut and have your makeup professionally done and look great.
If you even try to lose 30 lbs, an impossibility by the way, all that will happen is that you will look ill from lack of nutrition and feel awful from putting your body through starvation. Look good and be happy, that's far more important that 30 lbs.
Sorry Poopy, it seems you are a man who hates women and children in another of your questions here. Of course a new dress and a do won't do it for you, heres an idea...Off with your head. That's about thirty pound of fat head right there.

I will go as far as to say that it is not impossible but improbable. Losing that much weight can harm your body in that short amount of time. First you are going to need a lot of dedication and commitment. You will need plenty of water, salad and soup, a sauna, weight loss pills of your choice and a treadmill. Try drinking 20 glasses of water throughout the day and taking the weight loss pills as recommended. You will be in the restroom a lot. At noon eat a salad and then again at 4 p.m. At 6 or 7 eat your last meal being soup. Right before bedtime walk for 45 minutes at a moderate pace or run for 25 minutes until your heart rate is up. Preferably go to a local gym that has a sauna or take a steam bath at home. Two days before the reunion cut down to 8 glasses of water so the excess water weight will come off. This could probably help you loss 15-20 pounds. This worked for me and might not work for you. This is only a recommendation you can try at your own risk. I am not a doctor or physician but a person who needed to lose weight and it worked for me.

It's very unhealthy to lose 30lb in 2 weeks. Trust me, just losing 10lb you will look and feel so much better! And 10lb in resaonable in 2 weeks.
First of all,count your daily calorie intake and stay away from foods thats fat calorie number takes up over 1/4 the calorie number. The normal intake of calories for a full grown man is 2000, but since you want to lose weight, I would go with 1000-1500 calories. Healthy foods are the best. Sorry, but McDonalds ceaser salad just won't do it!
Excercise, excersise, excersise!!!! It's key! Try to get about an hour of excersise in. For about 30 minutes of that should consist of cardio, so the first week start at a medium walk, then work your way to a heavier jog/ run. The other 30 min. you should do a variety of things. Jump rope, sit ups, push ups, ect. Try something you like, that way it will be more fun and less of a "I need to do this to fit into that suite" thing. ;)
Remember you are who you are. Don't wory about the way you look. Losing weit shouldn't be for others, it should be for yourself and how much better you want to feel.

You cant lose 30 lbs in 2 weeks. It's not healthy first of all. I would say you could lose 5-6 lbs in 2 weeks with a good diet and lots of exercise.

Exersize mainly on ur mid and lower mody daily for 3-4 hours.
When you need to eat, have lots of meat and friut and try to stay away from nongreen veggies because they back you up. Also try to get 10-12 hour of sleep every night. In thr mournign eat eggs and fruit, no waffles pancakes and no cearl. You can have 1 day a week to not work out and have 1 suggary snak to kick up your matablism.
before working out drink 20 --35 oz of water 2-3 hours before, and during too. You should drink gatorade during ur workout but dont gulp it fast, take slow sipps. If youhave any other ?s, just ask. Hope this helps.

I suggest cutting off a limb. Maybe an arm or even a leg. That should be around 30lbs. Seriously, all jokes aside- 30lbs is considerable a lot of weight to lose in such short time. You can lose around 10-15lbs in that time frame though.
I suggest you rid yourself of any and all processed foods, take out, grease, bread, soda, sugars, and any thing that looks like it is not good for you, it usually is. Leave it alone. Stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables. Buy lean meat such as fish, chicken breasts, shrimp, tuna, turkey, and so on. If you buy red meat, stick to only lean cuts. If you must buy packaged food, such as yogurt- remember FAT FREE! Eat 6 times throughout the day. For instance have a bowl of bran cereal topped with fresh blueberries and soy milk. Start your breakfast early. Snack on a fruit or snack between meals. For lunch, have something rewarding. Try Subway and order a sandwich with lots of raw vegie's and chicken breasts. For dinner have something light yet fillinjg. Try to hit at least 1200 calories a day. I try. The days I don't hit my mark, I see no progress. The days I eat healthy, the scale moves. Weird. Try working out. If you simple go walking for 30 minutes a day it will be benificial. But remember to challenge yourself. For every five minutes you walk, run as fast as you can for 60 seconds. Trust me, you will be burning fat in no time.

Strict, healthy diet. Join a couple intense exercise classes. Strength train at home, mixed with some aerobic stuff to get your heart pumping. Do little things to help, like standing in line at the bank or grocery store, squeeze your butt together or your tummy for just that lil extra something. Good luck!!!

To try is nuts. It's too much weight to think about loosing safely in 2 weeks.
If you can pull it off you'll risk permanent kidney, liver and vascular damage. Also consuming less that 1200 calories a days dangerous to your endocrine and pancreatic systems.
Don't let your vanity and a bit of unneccessary insecrurity about your weight hurt your body for life.
You'll want it to be healthy for a lot longer then two weeks.
