There is nothing basically wrong with whole milk. The fat content is higher than skim or 2%. If you're concerned about your cholesterol levels (cholesterol is only present in animal fat, which is what milkfat is), drink milk with lower fat content. If you are lactose intolerant, that's a whole different thing: lactose, or milk sugars, cause bowel irritation in some susceptible people, and this tendency increases as you age.
Milk of any sort provides protein and calcium...two essentials. If you can drink milk, do so. If not, for whatever reason, drink something else healthy, like juice, green tea, water, etc. Avoid the so-called energy drinks; they are loaded with sugar and caffeine.

No. So long as u do not gain weight.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

No the difference is very little. Honestly I'd rather drink whole milk and love the way it taste then have that nasty taste in my mouth after drinking 1%. The only time I use 1% is in my coffee...and that's just a personal preference.

Don't buy into their lies.
If you can, and if you live in an area where you have access, then support your local small farmer or dairy co-op. Don't buy pasteurized-homogenized milk laden with hormones and anti-biotics from off the grocers shelf.
Organic farm-fresh whole milk is one of the safest and healthiest foods you can consume.
Some states do not sell "raw milk" (i.e Massachusettes). NH and VT do.

Whole milk is rich in fat which can raise your cholestral... I hate milk, any kind of milk I think it tastes awful.. However, I do cook with it for my kids they unlike myself are underweight.. If you exercise and eat a healthy diet, whole milk shouldn't be that much of a problem unless high cholestral runs in the family.. I say "drink what you like !" I give the kids whole milk and I "hide" 2% in what we eat !

Yes whole milk is more fattening, skim milk takes on it;s name because they "skim" the fat off of the top before it is delivered.

Don't lisen to that crap milk is very good for you. It conatins vitamin D and calcium which are essential for healthy bone development. It also contains other important things such as various proteins and other fat soluble vitmains A, E and K. On average full cream contains about 3.6% fat so in comparison to other foods this percentage is tiny! I personally drink about 750 - 1L of full cream milk per day! If your worried about the fat just drink 2% but don't stop drinking it, that's for sure!

I totally agree with you. Whole milk is much higher in fat. That's why they say it is not as good for you.
