You have to start small. Make a chart that has a couple of basic exercises. Do the same routine everyday for a couple weeks. Be simple, start with situps, pushups and maybe a couple of small wieghts. Everyday check off that you completed those exercises so you won't forget.

Once your routine is established you can start adding in more excerises and more reps for the ones you had. Eventually you will have your own defined workout and feel great!

Remember small steps work better because when you jump right into a huge long work out, your more inclined to quit the next day or just be too sore to make it a habit.

Try starting with something simple that doesn't take a lot of time. Like walking for 30 minutes every other day, doing 20 push ups, or doing 50 crunches. Then, once you realize how good you feel after you have exercised, you will want to add more into your routine. The reward of feeling good and starting to see results will help you get motivated. Also, keep adding different things, that way you wont get bored!

Find out what type of activities your community offers. Getting out and joining others a couple of times a week is a good start.
