i have too much work infront of the computer, after im back from school, so im sitting alot, which is bad, but i have no other choice its my work, i get 1 free hour, what exercise can i do home???
what diet should i do? FREE diets?? and i dont want to use any kind of diet pills or cleansing thingys....
anything that worked for you guys...please let me know thank you
---i have been trying to lose weight for years, but i jus break my diets or forget about it cuz of too much work, but this time im really serious and i want to do it.
