find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Everyone is always advised to check with their doctor and/or nutritionist before starting any diet or workout plan and you definitely should. Just the fact that your friends don't think you're fat, but you do, could mean that you're just being self judgemental and you could possibly lose weight in a dangerous manner. If you just eat healthy and maintain that, you'll be fine. You're still growing, so it sounds like you're on a natural course. Again, maybe get with a nutritionist to see what kinds of foods are best for your personal diet and then stick with that.

You should stop being silly and realize that most girls your age think they're fat when they're not. Your body is still changing and growing, most people experience weight fluctuations of 5 pounds depending on what they've eaten that day, etc - you're being silly and it sounds like a perfectly healthy weight.

You have a BMI of 20.5 and that is not even close to fat. 18.5 and under is underweight and 18.5-24.5 is normal. I don't think you should be trying to lose weight, but rather just eat healthy and exercise normally.
