You'll need to see a doctor. There are several medications out there that can be used to get rid of warts.
Aldara cream and Condylox (lotion or gel) are available with a prescription from your doctor. These medications can be applied at home at your convenience.
You could also have the doctor apply a medication at the doctors office. This is done in several visits to the doctor and can be pretty expensive.
If that doesn't work you many need to get them removed either by freezing them off or burning them off.
Good luck!

You have to go to the Dr. and get them burned off. Genital warts are viruses & therefore, there is no cure. Viruses do not have cures! The virus will remain in your body for the rest of your life. The Dr. can "freeze burn" them off and sometimes you don't have them return. They may, however, return at anytime in your life. Some women have them return during pregnancy.
A friend of mine had them & her Dr. said to take beta caratene supplements. I don't know why that would help though.

you should get them off as soon as possible though... because hpv or human papiloma virus shows up as warts on the cervix, and then progress into cancer
