is there any whipped topping out there without hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils??? I am looking for a lower fat/cal alternative to normal whipping cream, but everything is full of bad fats!

Sure there is but it will require a little work on your part. Just whip some egg whites until stiff! Egg whites contain no fat, no sugar, no cholesterol and no carbs. Use an electric beater and it will be a fairly quick job. You can also buy cartons of just egg whites so you don't even have to crack eggs and pitch the yolks. If you want the topping sweet, you can add sugar to taste but that is a personal choice.
