How can I lose 15-20 pounds within 3-8 weeks?

I am excercising more, and trying to improve my diet. I am not extremely overweight, I just need thinner abs. I find loosing weight, almost impossible.

scoliosis? where do i go to confirm this?

A woman at work mentioned to me last week that she thinks I have scoliosis, she said that it was common for tall girls?? (she noticed that my hips where uneven, which I have noticed before never paid much attention to). I was curious and went home and looked up the signs of scoliosis and got my friend to look at my back (2nd opinion in case I was just paranoid) NOW I am SCARED, I have all the main signs, uneven hips and shoulders and my whole left rib cage sticks out a lot more and is higher than my right. if i prop my right foot up i can even out my hips by just resting on my toes of my right foot. Now i think back i can connect other things to it, like high back pain on one side (I thought this was just a muscle tension problem-which it still could be) i also get headaches which may be connected. This is scoliosis right? How do i confirm this? Do I go to a GP or a chiropractor? i am 21 years old so i am finished growing, what will they do if it is scoliosis?

I just got an electric shock from an outlit for less than a second, should I see a doctor?

I was unplugging my laptop. I am in Europe and the laptop is American. The adaptor slipped and the fingers on my right hand touched the metal for less than a second since I dropped it right as I made the contact with the electricity. Dropped it cuz of the shock. It felt a strong vibration in my hand and up my arm a bit.

My hand is feelin back to normal now exact that its a bit sore. I am still feeling a bit shaken up. I think I'm just very freaked out.

I just wanted to know if I should go get my self checked out by a doctor though. It was really short contact though so I'm most likely fine.

So I was just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about this I would like to hear back from people please.

Single and Living Alone?

Hi

I live alone in my house, I don't have many friends and the ones I do all have there own lives and relationships don't seem them much.

I split up with my x financee 2 years ago, we were together for 6 years. Now I am living alone for the first time ever, I had a fantastic live before with her always busy and in love.

It's been two years and I never thought I would still be in the same situation I am not mr confident, but can talk to people fine when I know them. I admit I am not one to walk up strangers and start chatting, I do go out on the town occasionally and have not meet anyone.

It's been two years and my hope has gone in a way, I am sick of working all week and then spending the weekend watching TV staring at four walls. I just want why I had before when I was happy, and feel like life is passing my by don't have any holidays or some one to cuddle up with etc.

I am just very lonely and sick of the same rountine, maybe I should go the docs?
