hey guys im 16 and since i was 12 started developing man boobs mums always saying wait til u grow a bit taller and they will go by themselves but growing up you get teased a bit about them. is there any guys out there that have this problem and is there anybody with ideas on how to get rid of this problem ?

Yes I have "man boobs" (gynecomastia), the definitive solution can be surgery....

just do bench press and dumbell press its been working for me
