They don't. All they have that is better about them is they don't have bad things for you, like pesticides.

Organic food has more nutrition because it's all REAL food. Those other foods are soo bad for you. Most ingredients that are in it cause so many bad things, and most people know that, but they still eat it anyway. Like flouride is known to cause thyroid problems and isn't proven to clean your teath. But, anyway, organic food is usually straight from plants and minerals. Also, they don't have all the chemicals that are from completely different things (ex. a substitute for vanilla is called vanillin and if from wood)

It absolutely does NOT have more nutrition. It's only advantage MIGHT be that it lacks many of the impurities that other foods have.

Organic vegetables, pulses, cereals etc are grown without using artificial fertilizers and are grown in more traditional and natural way. Hence they do not contains the artificial chemicals used for production purposes. It also improves the earths/fields nutrients in natural way.

Hence they are good for human consumption and contains the natural nutrients which it contained for generations till we introduced fertilizers.

It's not so much that it has MORE nutrition, but it has LESS chemical garbage, such as steroids or crop spray stuff.

It may or may not actually have more nutrition. What it will not have is artificial colors, preservatives and other chemicals.

I don't think it is more nutrious, but organics do not have any chemicals. Meaning, it's more clean.
