Dr. Oz has the best plan outlined in his book, You On A Diet. He's been on Oprah a few times. It may not look like it works, but it really does. It takes about 8 weeks to see a difference, but your belly will be gone and you'll be the healthiest you've ever been. Check out realage.com for more details. Good luck.

Billy Blanks has some awesome workout videos, but his series is also very expensive.
If you have a netflix membership, I recommend renting a few videos through netflix, then when you find one you like, if you have a DVD burner on your computer, burn the video to a DVD. I've done that a few times with workout videos and they look great!
Also, you can buy used videos off of ebay for really cheap.
