CUTTING out ALL sugars...will make u lose ALOT of weight REAL quick. when i say all sugars...im talking about the added sugars....not the natural sugars that are in fruits n things. my friend...she lost 10 pounds after a week...when she wasnt eating ANY sugar....and then she lost 5 more.
for breakfast...eat 2 eggs....scrambled..and make them with cheese...onions...peppers...whatever else u wanna add to them.
and have a fruit for breakfast too. and for the drink...drink ice cold water afterwards....NO JUICESS.....dont drink the water while eating...do it afterwards...i read on the internet that if u drink ice cold water after eating..it will help u burn more calories naturally because the water is too cold for ur body....so ur body uses calories trying to bring it to a normal temperature for the body.
for lunch...eat a salad....with LITTLE dressing...that is lowfat. and add some grilled chicken to it with carrots n things.
for dinner have 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breats. 1 cup of boiled/steamed broccoli,1/4 of a cup of brown rice.
for snacks..have fruits and yogurt....get fat free yogurt...or lowfat.
i hope i helped!

Exercise seems good to me. Feel free to give yourself an extra day or two of rest though. To lose fat: 1. DON’T BELIEVE THOSE FAD DIETS! DIET PILLS ARE GIMMICKS! 2. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Unless you are 4ft tall, a 1,200 calorie a day diet is DANGEROUS and won't work in the long run. 3. Calculate your BMR. Do a google search. A good calculator would ask for your age, height, weight, and activity level. 4. Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories a day less than your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Your BMR is how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight. 5. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This keeps your metabolism up. Each meal should include fruits, veggies, water, and protein. 5. Drink at least 64oz (8 8oz glasses) of water a day. No soda (that includes diet soda). 6. Do light/moderate cardio 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes each time. Running, bicycling, and swimming are great for this. 7. Do some strength training to make sure you lose fat and not muscle. Don't worry; you won't look like the hulk if you lift weights. 8. You should lose about 1-2lbs (.45-.9kg) per week. If you lose more than that, chances are the rest is stool, water weight, or even muscle mass. 9. Weigh yourself only once a week at the same time (ie every Friday morning). Your weight fluctuates a lot during any 24hour period because of water and food intake and also bowel movements. Be patient and be smart. If you follow this guideline you will be very happy with your results.

I'm trying to decipher your question. It seems like you're saying that you have to much work to do any exercise, except for may an hour at home. I'd say go out for a jog. It doesn't have to be long, maybe 20 minutes a day. Also eat healthy foods. You may not lose the weight, but you will be a lot healthier. The other option to consider would be to consider changing careers to where you can get more exercise. You might not be making as much, but you'd hae more free time to work out and get in shape. Your health and happiness is more important that a large amount of money, unless your happiness is tied up in making a lot of money.

On Saturday, March 31, 07 I weighted 299 lbs. That morning I was diagnosed with diabetes. On May 14, 07 my weight was 269.0. The absolute lowest I have gone is 268.0.
Now, How did I accomplish this?
1) I stopped (totally) regular sodas, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, etc.
2) I completely stopped candy, cookies, cake, etc.
3) I used a diabetic diet (Portion Control, very hard to do for me, but I was scared of diabetes).
Truthfully, I did not exercise because of a medical condition I have (Trigeminal Neuralgia). If I had, I may have lost a little more.
I've stalled at around 269, but hope to be going in the right direction again soon. I still watch portions, but slide away from the diabetic diet sometimes.
Good Luck,

First of all, look at this as a lifestyle change, not a diet.
But still, be aware of calories in general.
Eat less.
Use small plates.
Don't eat out at restaurants or eat fast food.
Eat fewer sweets, more veggies.
Make the bread whole-grain ... high density food is better for you, keeps you from getting hungry, helps your digestive tract.
Have healthy snacks between meals - by this I mean an apple, banana, low-cal granola bar.
No sodas.
Drink water.
Take vitamins.
If you drink milk, make it skim milk.
No candy, no cookies, no chip-type snacks.
Eat pickles - practically no calories.
Try to eat the same thing every day for breakfast and lunch ... variety in meals makes you want to eat more.
For instance, have 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole what with sliced tomato every day. With a big pickle and a small glass of milk. You'll really be looking forward to it!
Walk every day for at least 1 1/2 mile. Do it briskly.
If you have a bike, ride it.
Do crunches & squats.
Do this every day.
You have to treat yourself once in a while to keep from feeling deprived. It helps keep you continue to eat healthy. So go ahead and have that occasional cookie or ice cream or slushy. Just not every day. And only one of whatever it is.
If you don't feel deprived, and you keep visualizing this as a permanent change (which it is if you mean to keep the weight off), I know you can do it!

I think calory control is very important. Forget about the content of fat, forget about carb only or protein only diet. Say your daily calory consumption is 3000 at the moment, try cutting it down to 2500 first. This doesn't mean you can't have any treats, just watch out for your total calory intake. And try not to eat at night, especially after dinner, just before bedtime.
And also, just go for a walk around your neighbourhood during your free hour, for 20 minutes, although the golden rule is 30 minutes 3 times a week.
There is no easy way around losing weight, you have to be persistant and don't give in to 'ah, I will go for a walk tomorrow, not today"

Don't find some commercial diet to go on. Change your lifestyle or it won't work. Only start eating less if you think you can stick with it for the rest of your life. Start drinking more water, try to incorporate a daily run or daily bike ride into your daily routine. Eat less junk obviously. Find a quota for everything. Tell yourself "okay I can only have one sweet a day" or something and then stick to it. Each time you feel the urge to eat or get a craving for some chips or cookies, go drink a full glass of water. This will make you feel full and unappetized lol, and will also speed up your metabolism as well as make you healthier in other ways.

Don't have a certain diet you don't need something like that. What you need is the right amount of servings from each food group. Go to mypyramid.com and it will tell you what to eat. And long walks and slowing going farther and starting to jog and run helps also. But if you are going to exercise you need to make sure you eat right or that just cancels out the exercise.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
