I am not fat at all, but I keep eating and eating even after I am full and I know that after a while all this will catch with me. I try to stop but I always go back for one more bowl of chips or another scoop of ice cream, and then another and another and once I stop I've realized I've eaten a half of new bag of chips, etc. It's becoming so much of a problem that I can't buy snacks anymore because I know I will just keep eating them.
How can I stop doing this before it gets too late?

hi i am a 5'11 male and i wanted to gain some weight over the winter and well i think i gained too much. i went from 161 to 193. i signed up for a swimming class i need to take this summer for college and i just saw myself in a swim suit and i got fat. i am embarrassed to goto this class now should i drop it and am i fat?

Outside of daily exercise, a multi-vitamin and water, are there some other secrets to energy? I've heard that artificial sunlight lamps are good, but haven't tried them. Are there other supplements that work? What can I do so that I can get sleep a normal 8 hours and actually feel awake all day!?!?!?

I am 14 years old, 5'4'' and 100 pounds. I'm about 60% for height and 35% for weight. My BMI is 17.1, which is in the healthy range. I have not gotten my period and am expected to keep growing for another two years (approximately.) I do gymnastics for 9 hours a week and do ballet for 1 1/2 hours a week. I walk home from my bus stop, which adds up to a little over a mile per week. I am in good shape. My problem is that my parents say that I eat too much. Yes, I do eat a lot, but I do not snack excessively, I do eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and also - I'm still growing, so I'm hungry!

Another issue is that my mom feels like she needs to make comments about my weight to people in public. In just this weekend alone, she has told perfect strangers at a party how much I weigh, she has told people we invited over for dinner everything I ate today and why I should eat healthier... and then continued to discuss it!

What should I do?

She is 22 years old and is going through a lot right now and had a panic attack about a week ago. Plus she has been dizzy, nauseated, and suicidal. I told her to try the natural supplement 5-HTP thinking that might be the best along with a multi vitamin plus extra B6 and B12 vitamins. However, I also told her about SAM-e and St. John's Wort. I also thought about suggesting L-Theanine (in addition to vitamins and 5-HTP) as well but didn't mention it. I figure if she doesn't show improvement in about 3 to 4 days I might recommend going to the doctor for an anti-depressant. Do you think this is a good plan or do you have any other suggestions I could give her? She is a sweet girl that is going through some tough times and I really want her to feel better. I have known her for 3 years and this is the worst she has ever been. :(

I'm an 18yo female. I play D2 college soccer so I'm always active. I work out everyday (some times 2 or 3 times a day depending on my weight lifting and soccer schedule) I already eat pretty healthy. i only drink water and never eat fast food. My problem is I'll eat A LOT of what is healthy.

Right now I'm 5'6" and weigh 145lbs. I hold all my weight in my stomach area. So to all those who have done WW before do you think it will help me tone my body?
