if your doctors office is closed tonight, call them first thing when they open tomorrow and ask her to call in a refill to your pharmacy. they are happy to do it. but under no circumstances should you take your friend's pills, especially since they are a different strength than yours-your doctor perscribed alesse to you for a reason. when you get them tomorrow, take today's pill that you missed as well as tomorrow's pill. for most pills, you don't require a back-up method of birth control for only missing one pill.

Noooooooooooooo!!

Don't take other people's pills! Not only is it a different brand its NOT yours!

Go to the pharmacy, mention you need to refill your pills, they will call/fax the doctor and get you a refill. Then go see the doctor for a new prescription. I had to do this when I forgot I was on my last pack of pills.

Don't take your friend's pills. They are different from yours and may screw you up.

Get your pack of Alesse as soon as you can. When you have it, take the pills for that day plus the days you have missed. That should keep you regular. In the meantime, use a backup birth control when you have sex.

Call your doctor's office tomorrow and ask for a refill. You can take 2 tablets at the same time tomorrow and everything should be fine.
