I am 5'4 ft, weigh 130 pounds, 16 years old. Well I am trying to eat healthy everyday and the right calories. Yesterday I woke at 9 am and ate at 10 30 am some oatmeal with 2 glasses of green tea, then 3 hrs later I ate a banana, whole grain bread, and drank a cup of skim milk, dinner time I just ate a hand full of grapes and drank 2 glasses of tea again.. I know I should probably have eaten more???? I was hungry at night again but didn't do anything. How can I feel full and not go to starvation mode at night?? Drink lots of water?? Today I am going to try differently... I ate 6 am whole grain bread with banana and a cup of skim milk and green tea so far... 9 am I will eat oatmeal again and green tea... 12 pm probably an apple, some egg white and drink water, 3 pm tomato for snack and more water... 6 pm salmon and salad with green tea. Is it true you should eat more in the morning and less nearing night time? That's why I only ate grapes for dinner.
