My 19 yr old daughter is letting her boyfriend beat up on her and keeps going back for more.
I am having some health problems.
I am in financial debt and am working like a fool to pay it off
My boyfriend and I have dated for 5 yrs and he treats me like I am not on to his game. He wants sex not marriage and I am just really not interested in it without the long term committment

Because every one else gave you excellent answers, the most I can do is cheer you up with joke (albeit stupid ones, but they're the best ones I can come up with.)

Where does a fish keep his money? In a river bank.

Why couldn't the boy jellyfish ask the girl jellyfish for a date? He had no back bone.

Why couldn't the skeleton get on the roller coaster? He didn't have the guts.

I think we all go through things like this in our lives. You just need to take a few breathes and refocus on what is really important and what is not worth getting upset over. In actuality we are the only ones who can take care of ourselves. So tell yourself, it can only get better and it will. Think positive thoughts, get in touch with your innerself ( a little prayer never hurt anyone), and make time for yourself everyday. Even if it's only for 5 minutes. Believe me it will help. I know that some situations in your life are hard to bare, but if you kow you can't change them just try to put it on the back burner because worrying about them won't get you anywhere. God Bless and Good Luck!

I think the good thing is that you actually realize there are problems here instead of ignoring your demons and hiding them in the closet. Well remember the saying everyday above ground is a good day. Sounds like you need a vacation or alittle get alway to set her head on right. If Life Leads you to a broken road.....It gives you One Less Reason to give up

See depression treatments at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 2. Tell her to leave him (call the police and report an assault at their address). Adopt a semi vegetarian diet, with fish, lean meat, some low fat dairy. Eat 6 - 8 small meals daily, with a little protein in each, preceded 20 mins earlier by a large glass of water. Snack on any amount of celery sricks, with the occasional carrot stick, or slice of cucumber in any vinegar. Drink 2 cups of green tea, sweetened, but no milk/cream. Sometimes, concerned family members pay someone big to go around and threaten to beat them severely, if they ever touch their daughter again, when she refuses to leave. Tell your boyfriend that you are going to have to start looking around for someone to be in a committed relationship with, while you are still young enough, since he is apparently not interested in one.
