there is no miracle pills - dont you think if diet pills worked there would be no obese people?
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

It may not be a problem with how much we eat, as much as the quality of what we eat, that helps get us slimmer. If you were to account for all of the oils that you eat...vegetable oils, transfats, hydrogenated oils, processed oils, fried oils and replace them with unprocessed coconut oil, it would feed your body much better, make you healthier and give you energy. Even 2 or 3 tablespoons per day can do wonders for our skin. Low quality oils are very unhealthy and can't always be digested by our bodies. Unprocessed coconut oil can kill some pathogenic organisms, and does not lead to gaining weight as does corn oil. You may even want to use it on your hands instead of lotions which may contain petroleum products or unwanted chemicals that can absorb through our skin.

Sorry, but there is NO magic potion for weight loss.
It takes hard work and dedication. Exercise and healthy eating go hand in hand.
Good luck.
