i heard that it stunts your growth when u pea u lose an important chemical??? have u heard this?

OK lets just think about this for a minute........ IF that were true, we would all be 5 inches tall by the time we retired..

The only vital body fluid you lose is some water, which you should replace by drinking water on a regular basis - the equivalent of 8 glasses a day.

In Diabetes Melitus patients lose fluids more than usual due to presence of more glucose in blood; kidneys excrete more than normal amount of glucose, then lose more fluid cause thirst and the patient take more fluids (water).

no. you dont...you flush out toxins fro ur system.
if u were losing vital fluids..u wudnt be here to ask this question..but beridden due to loss of those very very important body fluids.

no you do not lose vital chemicals when you urinate. what's the alternative to just not pee so you don't lose this important chemical. that can kill you.
