Im 20/M n have multiple fractures in my left hand.Send your suggestions that would help increasing the speed of my recovery.

1] eat well - whole grains, lean protein, low fat dairy, lots of fruit and vegetables. Avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food.
2] drink abou 1/2 gallon of water a day.
3] take a good multivitamin with minerals
4] get plenty of sleep
5] if it is more than a week after the breaks, start exercising your fingers, a little more every day. Make sure to exercise the elbow and shoulder joint on that side.
