Why would you need to take that strong of a dosage and
compromise your liver in the first place? Even when I've been
in extreme pain from a root canal going bad, I never was
told I could take that many at once.
On the bottle I have, it reads, "not to exceed 4000 MG a day. If you were to take ten of mine, at 325 MG that would
mean 3250 MG a day. These are not extra strength. But
the regular dosage. What you suggest, is too close to the limit. Don't go with the most you could take. Try the smallest amount that can take the edge off until you can see a doctor for whatever it is you need to control the pain for. I would hate to see you cause more damage to your body unintentionally than you would want.

The usual dosage of Tylenol is 15mg/kg divided every 4 hours with a maximum of 650mg every 4 hours, not to exceed 4 grams in one day. This is the recommended dosage for individuals who are generally healthy with no liver problems. If you took 10 extra strength Tylenols (500mg each) in one day, you would already be exceeding the maximum by 1 gram. If you took them all at once I would be very concerned that your liver could take a hit. In any case I would consult a physician immediately.

People say many different things so what I did was stopped worrying about what other people say and went with my instinct extra strength has the same ingredients as normal tylenol (WHICH BTW IS HARD TO FIND NOW IN DAYS) so why stress? yes it's more of a dosage so simply take what is recommended. My doctor told me not to take it but doctors aren't always accurate as well I did my own research and realized I was able to take it as it is tylenol does nothing for me and with my frequent headaches regular tylenol did nothing for me so extra strenght is safe dont worry good luck and congratulations!

You need about 20 extra strength pills for about 20 years to cause liver damage. Just don't take more than the directions say.

Are you suicidal? Get yourself to the hospital. That's a trick question.
What you'll get is toxicity, but it's a miserable barrage of symptoms. Don't fool around with that many meds. That's insane.

It may, i wouldent do it again. If you start feeling lightheaded and weak, I would probably go to the doctors. And dont take that many again.
