diet'n is the worst thing that you can do, most of the time you will stop eating anything worth while, and what ends up happending is you starve your body from the minerals and vitimans it needs. what will happen is that your body will start craving for it and once it gets it, stores more than it needs, thaty why when you diet and starve yourself, you never loose any weight, best thing you can do is exercise, if you not interested in building muscle, dont gym with weights, rather start walking, then jogging, and maybe start running, riding bike is a good idea, keeping the heart rate up is what you should focus on first, stop dieting, and rather start eating healthy, fruits are good.
If you are sum one that use to gym, exercise and stopped you will have a harder time getting into shape, you will need to start gyimg again, the good thing is that if you do not gym at all, or exercise at all, you will start working muscles sooner and start sweating sooner, thats what you need to keep doing. Gyming with a friend is better that going alone, you have sum 1with you and you cant just cancell or not go. You will need a positive attitude, dont let any one get you down ;) and most importantly, enjoy urself :)

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.get2itnow.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You are female so you do not need to worry about bulking up. To bulk you need testosterone, you wont have enough of that. To loose fat you need to combine cardio say 3 times per week with resistance training twice per week. You do not need to use weights for the resistance training you own body weight is enough. Try exercises like squats, lunges, crunches and twist crunches, push ups and dips. For your cardio try walking and then slowly build up to a jog, then run.
