Focus on your greens - leafy veggies and protein. Limit your carbs - don't eliminate them completely, you do need some to burn while you're exercising. Exercising is key. Rollerblade, take long walks, whatever. Also, eliminate fast foods if you haven't already. Those do absolutely NOTHING but put fat on your body. Eliminate sugars such as candy, regular sodas, cakes, cookies, etc. Instead, replace with artificial sweeteners (my favorite is Splenda). You will probably be able to lose the 11 lbs you hope to by eating better and excercising very regularly. There is plenty of time if you lose a healthy average of 1-2 lbs per wk. For exercise, if you don't have access to a gym or don't like walking outside, I recommend the CRUNCH! fitness dvds. They're a lot of fun and easy to do. There is also a lot of good info on iVillage.com regarding women and a healthy diet. Hope this helps!

it is possible, but its gonna take a lot of effort and you are going to need to promise yourself to make this effort...
my advice is to cut sugar level as much as possible by stopping drinking sodas and juices, no ice cream daily or things like that, a piece of chocolate a day is ok, but not too much more. try not to eat creamy pastas or things that are thick with butter and fat and overall eat more vegetables and fruit, i can garuntee if you actually make a shopping list and plan your meals, then it will work
if you just tell yourself, eat healthy, nothing is going to change, and also get out there and spend and hour doing some kind of excercise AT LEAST once a week AT THE LEAST! it has to be an hour tho, b/c the first 20 mins of excercise only burns carbs and the next 10 mins burn protein, so its not until ur 30 mins into it that you begin to burn fat
so go for a walk FOR AN HOUR or jog or bike, just get active and try to manage your eating habits better, im 13, 5'5 and i weigh about 100, which for me looks slim, but not unhealthly slim
im sure that if you eat less fries, and fatty food and go for more yougurt, fruit and veggies you will lose LOTS of weight

hmm 115 pounds. Well, it is possible if you are on a strict diet and exercising at least 5 days a week. A good diet would include eating vegetables and fruit and cutting out on bread, sodas, and dessert. Water is deff. good when it comes to losing weight. I am trying to lose about 5 to 10 pounds and I'm going to try and not eat for about two days because I don't have that much time to lose it. I wouldn't suggest it though.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

it is and i see people have sent you enough advice.but my advice to you is to be careful.im your age and your height and the doc recommended to weigth 120.so your in the perfect weight.if you wanna get abs, then thats a different story, you shouldnt worry of being on a diet, just worry of doing sit ups.but if you realy ment as to weight then just eat 3 times a day.i lost 10 pounds in a week just by eatin the right amount and eating 3 times a day.i didnt have to give up bacon or bread=]
