can i still keep my appt for my annual PAP even if i have sex a day before?

You should probably reschedule. They usually encourage no sex three days prior to a PAP.

If you had unprotected sex then you should probably reschedule - leftover semen can obsure the results and you'd have to pay to go back again for another pap smear. If you used a condom then there is nothing to worry about.

You shouldn't be putting anything up there for a day or two before your pap.

Doing so might change the outcome of the results.
