Why would they not be "allowed"? Lots of people wear things that they probably shouldn't wear. Tube tops are no exception.
EDIT: In that case, so long as you are sufficiently covered (as covered as another, smaller-breasted girl would be in a tube top), I don't see why you shouldn't be allowed to wear one simply because of your breast size.

Sure you can!
But, your mom has a phobia. If you are under 18 or still living in her house I would do what she says.
You could always wear a strapless bra underneath the tube top and see if your mom will mind.

Tube tops are better on smaller gals. 36D could wear a
halter top, though.

Is your mom a hater because she probably has breasts like a 5 yr. old? I'm a 34DD & I wear tube tops. I don't have any problems & I weigh 133 lbs. & I'm 5'2". Do you think a person with small breasts wear a tube top & look like a walking skeleton? Just an answer, don't feel insulted :(

I don't thind a person with boobs above a C cup should wear a tube top it looks kinda untidy.

hmm thats a funny question. wear what you like. Like me, It doesnt matter what i wear, guys always stear at me, and i hate it so bad makes me sick (i'm married with a kid) so I try not to wear stuff like that, It really depends if you want attension or not
